In 2022, our founder Alex ran a successful home services company. The work was great and customers were happy, but there was one problem—the business had far fewer online reviews than competitors, even though the quality of work was every bit as good.
After trying every review management tool on the market and finding them all overcomplicated, overpriced, or both, Alex decided to build something better.
